Koh-Lanta 2020 : The candidates emaciated, the before/after striking

Already a month that candidates survive in Koh-Lanta, the island of heroes (TF1). When the episode aired this Friday, may 22, 2020, Moussa, Claude, Inez, Naoil, Alexandra and Governed have had the surprise to discover a mirror and a scale on the sand. It is in the morning before the ultimate board playoff as the last candidates in the running for the grand winner, have found their physical evolution. All, without exception, have lost weight since their arrival in the Fiji islands. Alexandra weighs only 43 pounds, it is as well rid of no less than 16 kilos ! And it is not the only one to show an amazing weight loss. The boxer Naoil is increased from 64 kilos to 54 kilos and Inès, who weighed 57 kilos, is now reading 45 pounds on the scale. Finally, another significant change : to be Governed is increased from 72 kilos to… 54 pounds ! The adventurer couldn’t believe her eyes and even compares to its little brother.

By discovering in the mirror, Moussa note immediately that it is thinner. And for good reason, the hero weighs 85 kilos, the same weight as at the beginning of his first participation at Koh-Lanta, fifteen years ago ! Claude has also been relieved of a few pounds… but seems, in front of a mirror, focused on the growth of his beard. Let us remember that our brothers in the TV Mag had indicated that the driver of the master had lost 7 kilos during the game.

But these pounds lost are often rapidly adopted. This is the reason for which the production company ALP offers a doctor’s help to the candidates. Always according to our colleagues, the latter “advises adventurers to it again by small amounts in order to get used to their stomach gently. Eating slowly and chewing in order to enable them better to realize that the stomach is full. He advises them also to make well-balanced meals with, on the main meals, proteins, starches, vegetables, fruits and dairy products.
