Piers morgan continues to settle his accounts with the prince harry and meghan markle. Monday, April 5, 2021, piers morgan was back on television as guest of the program fox nation (on fox news). An interview in which the 56-year-old British claimed, once again, that he did not believe a word of the statements made by meghan markle and harry during their interview.
“What I have witnessed is the most extraordinary dishonest slander, the work of swords on the royal family, the queen, the monarchy and frankly the Great Britain, my country,” he said. “I went on the air Monday morning [after the interview of the sussex, broadcast on March 7, ndlr] very motivated and I said clearly enough that I did not believe what meghan markle said. A month later and frankly, I had a lot of time to think about it – I still don’t believe what they said,” he added.
“Seven different assertions on their part have now proved to be either completely false, or massively exaggerated, or improuvable. I don’t understand why I should have to believe people who don’t tell the truth.” The 39-year-old ex-actress also told him that he was pushed to tears by his sister-in-law kate middleton a few days before the wedding.
“I met the royal family several times and I don’t think at all that it is racist,” he commented.
